2021 MBA awards outcome.

We had a spectacular night at the awards this year, surrounded by an abundance of hard working & quality builders from Perth.

The team here at Spadaccini Homes is proud to announce that we walked away with the WINNER award for the ‘Best Contract Home’ in the $650,000 - $750,000 category. This home in Applecross really felt like you had walked into a display home, that FELT like home. With a sleek open plan living space, entertaining patio & pool - it ticked off many boxes.

We are also incredibly grateful to have been finalists in two additional categories, ‘Best Contract Home $1.5 Million - $2.5 Million’ & ‘2021 Bankwest Top West Australian Home’ with our spectacular build in North Beach.
