“Some years ago when we wanted to start the planning process to build a home on our block of land overlooking Trigg Beach I called Rob Spadaccini as I had seen a home he had built on West Coast Drive in the price range we were looking at. It took many planning meetings before we signed the contract however my husband being an engineer and a very detail mined person had a few specifics he wanted. Rob was able to satisfy him by showing him his spreadsheet used for scheduling and monthly costings. This was a great start. We could then move into the construction stage. Rob and his tradesmen were just so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I was in my early 70’s and became the prime influencer for much of the build as my husband was ill for most of the building stage. I was always treated so respectfully by everyone. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and the follow up was always so prompt no matter how small the matter.
